How a Sexist Office Party Saved Lives

The first drink driving awareness advert was broadcast in the 60s – a time when alcohol was seen as just the thing to calm your nerves before speeding home to your pinnied little wifey – and focused on men having to drive silly girls from the typing pool home after the office Christmas party.

Things have changed a lot since that rather gentle (and frankly sexist) advert, and I thought I’d have a look at just how much.
